Derive the exact intersection curve of two elementary surfaces.

Returns Err with an explicit refusal for every pair this module does not derive in closed form. Refusal is never a fallback to approximation: a caller that needs those cases must use the certified numeric analysis and decide for itself what to do with an unproven region.
