Expand description

Split face of brep along the section edges lying on it.

sections are the section edges on this face. first says whether brep is the first operand of the sections, which picks the side whose along_* flag applies: a section running along one of the face’s own edges splits nothing but the edge, at its ends. cuts are every point where the operand’s edges are cut, by sections on any face: an edge is cut the same way in both faces that share it.

§Errors

A face or section this stage cannot give exact pcurves to, tangent pieces at a vertex, or a boundary that does not close in parameters.
