Extrude a supported profile into an exact, closed analytic B-rep.
Initial exact families are deliberately narrow: sharp filled/hollow rectangles under a forward non-coplanar linear extrusion, and filled circles along the positive profile normal. Every other family returns a typed refusal instead of taking the existing tessellation path.
