An orthonormal projection plane.

Alias for the core PlaneFrame, which validates orthonormality on construction using the ANGULAR tolerance. Orthonormality is a dimensionless property; deciding it with the linear tolerance made the same skewed basis valid in millimetres and invalid in metres.
