Enum TangencyError

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum TangencyError { NonFinite, InvalidRadius { index: usize, radius: Scalar, }, ZeroDirection { index: usize, }, Degenerate, }
Expand description

Why tangent_circles could not be solved.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

NonFinite

A coordinate, direction or radius is not finite.

§

InvalidRadius

Constraint index is a circle whose radius is not positive.

Fields

§index: usize

The constraint’s index (0, 1 or 2).

§radius: Scalar

The radius given.

§

ZeroDirection

Constraint index is a line whose direction is shorter than the linear tolerance.

Fields

§index: usize

The constraint’s index (0, 1 or 2).

§

Degenerate

Every sign choice’s elimination system was singular: the three constraints do not pin down a family of tangent circles (for example, three coincident points, three identical circles, or three parallel lines).
