pub output_triangles: usize,
pub collapses: usize,
pub rejected_unsafe: usize,
pub rejected_deviation: usize,

}Expand description
What a decimation actually did.
The deviation is measured, not estimated: it is the largest distance any collapsed vertex moved from its original position. A caller that asked for 1mm accuracy can check it got it.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.input_triangles: usizeTriangles before.
output_triangles: usizeTriangles after.
collapses: usizeEdge collapses performed.
rejected_unsafe: usizeCollapses rejected because they would have created a defect.
A non-zero count is not a failure: it is the reason the result is still a valid manifold rather than a faster, broken one.
rejected_deviation: usizeCollapses rejected because they would have exceeded the bound.
max_deviation: f64Largest distance any vertex moved, in model units.
